課程概述 |
We will guide student to study in depth of a research paper, supervise him/her to do presentation, both written and oral.
The paper has to be student’s choice, either in Algebra, Number Theory, Representation Theory, or
Arithmetic Geometry. |

課程目標 |
Reading, Writing, and Presenting.
To do in depth research requires focusing on mathematical papers which are usually long papers, involving many tools from various parts of mathematics. We will guide students to develop his own approach to a topic he selected |

課程要求 |
Algebra, Linear algebra, Analysis, Complex Analysis as background.
You have to choose a journal article to study. |
